Oliver Cox

UWE Bristol University
Managing Director
Driven by a dynamic, tenacious energy, Oliver drew upon 17 years of managerial experience from within the sector and established Wellington Site Security in 2020. Determined to create the nation’s best solution to construction site security, Oliver is committed to providing an exceptional service with innovative solutions. Oliver’s dedication to driving the pace of life at Wellington can be seen across all areas of the business, although he is most hands on in operation and sales. He firmly believes that Wellington distinguishes itself by its employees and he continues to build an elite team to help realise his ambitious plans for growth.

Ronnie Thomson

Cambridge University BA Hons
An experienced CEO & President with over 60 years of broad experience in investments, mergers and acquisitions with the Philip Morris Group and Revlon Europe, amongst others. Specialising in finance, marketing and organisational strategy, Ronnie now provides strategic and financial advice and support to the management team. Outside of work, Ronnie earned multiple caps as a Scottish international rugby player.

George Pickford

Finance Director
After 10 years covering business turnaround and debt capital markets at an investment bank in the city, George was employed as an executive business coach, helping large scale multinationals through to early-stage businesses scale and flourish. He joined Wellington early on as Finance Director and now also acts as Head of HR and Compliance.

Daniella Spillman

Sales Director
We were thrilled to welcome Dani as our Sales Director in May 2023. With 13 years of prior experience from within the industry, Dani applies her wealth of knowledge and first-rate customer relation skills to guide clients from the early tender stage, right through to installation and completion.

Claire Freer

Liverpool University BSc Hons
Operations Manager
With over 10 years’ experience in supply chain and operations management, before Claire joined Wellington she was responsible for all operations at a multi-million pound, electronic manufacturing plant. High functioning and dedicated to excellence, Claire now runs Wellington’s operations department and is focused on implementing effective and efficient systems and processes, whilst bringing the highest level of customer service and efficiency to the Wellington brand.

Marius Tritoiu

Head of Engineering
Marius studied engineering at college and has worked in London within the construction industry since 2007. He now operates as Wellington’s technical expert and head engineer, specialising in installing and maintaining CCTV, Scaffolding Alarms, Fire Safety and Access Control, as well as supporting our team of engineers.
