This was Wellington’s first recladding project on this enormous site in the fashionable area of Dalston, London. The project was split into three phases and consisted of fire and scaffolding alarms on every single lift and all elevations. Wellington provided 50 fire trolleys and 100 extinguishers as part of the service. These smart residential properties by Barratt Homes, occupied by tenants, need a service of the highest quality and an integrated solution covering both fire and security risks.

The client was impressed not only with Wellington’s installation solution but also with our after-care service, which includes call point location maps, camera location maps, and handover documents detailing all instructions and materials on site, providing the client with complete transparency of the system. Wellington also conducts weekly health checks and reports on all installed systems, ensuring Barratt Homes receives full transparency.

Each scaffolding alarm is zoned so any sensor activated, will give the response and guarding team the exact location where the intrusion occurred allowing them to attend as quickly as possible.
